Maybe you’ve tried different diets, different training plans, and different 21-30 day challenges. I’ve been there, and I’ve found that sometimes all we need is someone to help us figure out what our body needs and help us stick to a plan. That’s what I’m here for.
I will help you clarify your needs and desires, assist you in goal-setting, be your accountability partner and cheerleader, help you build self-awareness and the confidence to make changes in your lifestyle, and provide resources to help you implement healthier habits for a lifetime.
I will provide you with nutrition guidance and strategies on how to live a healthier life, but I cannot diagnose health conditions or prescribe medication or nutrition plans as a means of treating a disease. I will leave that to your doctors and registered dietitians. However, I will go more in depth than those experts usually have time for, as we explore your relationship to food, your body, your habits and lifestyle, your support system, and much more.
